An informed, whole-family approach
Our work is informed by contemporary early childhood practice, trauma-informed practice, attachment and relationship-based approaches, family partnership and child-centred practice.
We consider the whole picture around a child — their relationships, environment, development, emotional wellbeing, strengths and the people who care for them.
Our approach is practical, respectful and strengths-based, helping parents and families build understanding, confidence and practical strategies that support positive outcomes for children.

Individual & Family Support
Personalised support for the moments when you need more than a workshop.
Every family is different, and sometimes a particular concern needs a more personalised approach.
Raising You offers individual consultations and family support for parents and carers who want to better understand what is happening for their child, strengthen their confidence and work out practical ways forward.
Whether you’re navigating a specific parenting concern, changes in your child’s behaviour or development, challenges around relationships, transitions, emotional wellbeing or simply feeling unsure about what to do next, we can take the time to explore what is happening and identify strategies that are realistic for your family.
Our approach is strengths-based, relationship-focused and informed by evidence and contemporary early childhood practice. We don’t tell you how to parent. We work alongside you to build your understanding, confidence and capacity to make informed decisions for your child.
Support may include:
Sometimes one conversation is enough to provide clarity. Other families benefit from a series of sessions where we can work through concerns, put strategies into practice and review what is working.
You don’t have to have everything figured out before you reach out.
We’ll start where you are, listen to what matters to you and your family, and work together towards practical, positive steps forward.
Let’s start with a conversation.
