Turn a workshop into a program
Our 2 hour parent wellbeing workshops are what we love to provide. They leave families walking away with a sense of renewal, purpose and confidence. We also know that families experience a host of challenges that they want to explore further.
We can combine a number of sessions to create a small program that include both parent wellbeing with tangible parenting strategies.
This can look different for each group, but here are a few ideas of what we have provided.

- Wellbeing Plus - An extension of parent wellbeing workshops to delve deeper into wellbeing practices and principles.
